We lost my beloved brother in LOVE on New Year's Day. He had a heart attack and bypass surgery before Christmas. There was one complication after another. We honored his wishes and terminated life support when it became obvious he was not going to recover.
I felt closer to Brett than my own brother over the years. I will truly miss him.
You have my greatest sympathy for your loss. I believe Brett would be pleased you felt so close to him that you remembered him to your readers.
