March Progress Here is a full picture of my Simple Simon that I finished, finished last weekend.
Here is my Floral Irish Chain. I have the center machine quilted. Yes that is a 1" grid and the quilt is a Queen size. I will be spending a few days deciding what to do with those borders. I usually stitch
in the ditch but will be a tad more original than that....but not much!

fabulous! that is a lot of hand quilting
Beautiful quilts!
What a beautiful quilt! Did you really hand quilt that 1" grid?
Wow! You've been busy.....I need some of your energy, girlfriend!
Swooze! thanks for giving me the heads up on your floral Irish chain, it's GORGEOUS!!!! now I really want to move mine up my list!!!!!!!!!
Your quilts are beautiful. You are really cleaning up that UFO list. Hope to see you Friday.
Just beautiful! Nice job!
Both quilts are gorgeous, but I especially like the scrappiness of your Simple Simon. Nice job!
Congrats on finishing your Simple Simon quilt! It looks wonderful. You're doing well with the Floral Irish Chain, too. I look forward to seeing it done.
Wow! Simple Simon doesn't look simple at all! This is beautiful.
It looks great, almost op-art in the picture, well done. And well done on the 1 inch grid. I did that once, on a fan quilt single size, having to interrupt every line when I came to a fan, and bury all the ends afterwards. Never ever again.
congrats on the finish. Enjoy quilting the Irish chain borders. Sewing on the binding on taht one should be fun.
Lovely and lovely!
Good for you Swooze, that is specatcular, but then I really love the colours you have used in the Irish Chain and that Simple Simon one is also spectacular. I am just starting on the planning of machine quilting circular ripples on my gumleaf quilt. Wish me luck....I am a bit nervous about it.

Stunning quilt - I love the red binding. Somehow very classical.
