I traveled home to central New York to see my parents and help them while they dealt with some health issues. Mom's are resolved for now. Dad continues to struggle. I will be returning soon to help out.
Here are some images I captured while there.
This is a picture of the ice cycles hanging from my parents house. The one in the center is over 6' long.
The next two shots are of ice that has formed on the rocky outcroppings along Rte 81 on the way to Syracuse.
Here is the bunny trail between my parents house and the neighbors. They visit the front yard to eat the seed the birds drop from the feeder.
Here is the birch tree. You can see they did get snow but nothing like the 30 plus inches that hit to the southern states.
Hope you enjoy my photography.

What amazingly beautiful pictures. I hope your dad gets his health issues resolved soon.
I love your pictures of the frozen North. So sorry for your families health troubles, and hope it is all remedied soon.
Gorgeous photos...I especially enjoy the icicles!
You are the poster child for the sandwich generation....working, raising a family, and taking care of parents. I know how that goes and I sure hope you are taking good care of yourself too, cause it sure takes a toll.
great shots! do you miss that weather?
Glad you are home for a little bit..

Beautiful photos - isn't nature incredible? Send some of the cold down this way if you can. Hope your Dad isn't too sick.
Beautiful pictures! Boy, it looks cold. Yes, I did miss you and I'm sorry about your parents health issues. You've had more than your share lately and hope it improves quickly. Will I see you at the Dallas Quilt show? Hugs, Linda
