I completed my Ohio Stars for Bonnie Hunter's Orca Bay mystery. I skipped a step and have to go back to that. I have to add wings (triangles) to 350 HSTs.
Knowing how I work I will sew a few of these and work on another step repeating from the top. Have to break up the monotony somehow!

I've been working on my Orca Bay the same way. I've finished the Ohio Stars, but only have 100 b&w HSTs done, and none of the wings, all of the blue strings, but only about 1/3 of the red. I know how nice it will be IF I have the patience to finish! We will get there, right?
I like how you work...will keep you from getting bored. Nice blocks!
